How long does shipping take for a new bike?
Most bikes are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do the bikes come fully assembled?
To ensure safe shipping, bikes arrive 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. We include all necessary tools and a step-by-step assembly guide in the box.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for bikes in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
How do I know which bike size is right for me?
Each product page features a detailed size chart based on height and inseam measurements. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for more agility or sizing up for more stability.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
All our bike frames come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Components such as forks, brakes, and drivetrains are covered by a 1-year manufacturer warranty.
